2D Layout Design for Apparel Plant

I need a seasoned professional to create a comprehensive 2D layout of an apparel manufacturing plant. The primary purpose of this layout is space planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing an efficient space layout for the plant
- Suggesting optimal placement of machinery, workstations, and storage areas
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience in space planning for manufacturing plants is highly desirable
- Excellent understanding of apparel manufacturing processes will be an added advantage
- Proficient in using 2D design software
