3D Landscape Design Plan for a Guesthouse

I am looking for an experienced landscape designer to create a detailed 3D plan for the landscaping of a 1000 m² site designed for a guesthouse. The goal is to create a seamless and harmonious experience for visitors, from their arrival to different living spaces.

Project Details:

The landscape design should include:
1. Arrival Experience:
• Visual appeal upon entry
• Parking area (capacity to be specified)
• Pedestrian pathways and circulation
2. Guesthouse Area:
• 3 independent accommodations with well-integrated access
• Walkways and connections between the units
3. Recreational & Relaxation Spaces:
• 2 swimming pools with surrounding relaxation areas
• Outdoor furniture and lounging zones
• Green landscaping to enhance ambiance
4. Landscape Elements:
• Trees, shrubs, and flower beds
• Outdoor lighting for aesthetics and functionality
• Decorative features (fountains, sculptures, etc.)

Deliverables:
• Detailed 3D design plan (format: SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, or equivalent)
• 2D layout plans with annotations for materials and plant selection
• Realistic renderings (minimum of 5 different views)
• 3D video walkthrough (optional but preferred)

Preferred Freelancer Profile:
• Experience in landscape design and 3D visualization
• Proficiency in 3D design software
• Ability to create a functional, aesthetic, and immersive design
• Portfolio showcasing similar past projects
