LINK 3D shoes with Lattice

I am looking for a freelancer who understands shoes, for small repairs to 3D files of an existing pair of shoes including adjusting the shoes to 3 additional sizes (I have the required lasts in STL format). Beyond fixing and adjusting the sizes, I also need him to know how to embed an Lattice structure into them according to the structure I already have.
