3D Kitchen Rendering from 2D Blueprint
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I’m looking for a skilled freelancer to help me bring my kitchen design to life! I have a 2D blueprint of my kitchen layout, and I need someone to create a high-quality 3D plan based on it. The goal is to visualise the space with accurate dimensions, fixtures, and detailed textures/materials (e.g., stone benchtops, timber cabinetry) so I can get a realistic feel for how it will look after renovation.
Scope of Work:
Take my provided 2D kitchen blueprint (dimensions and layout will be shared upon hiring).
Create a detailed 3D model of the kitchen, including walls, doors, windows, appliances, cabinetry, and benchtops.
Ensure the model reflects the exact measurements and specifications from the 2D plan (in metres).
Apply realistic textures and building materials (e.g., stone for benchtops, timber for cabinetry, tiles, etc.) to the model for a lifelike representation.
Provide a high-quality rendered output (e.g., images or a short walkthrough video) showcasing the design with these textures and materials.
Deliverables:
At least 2-3 high-quality rendered images of the kitchen from different angles, showing textures and materials clearly.
Optional: A short video walkthrough highlighting the design and materials (if feasible, let me know if this is an add-on cost).
Requirements:
Proven experience in 3D modelling and rendering (portfolio or samples appreciated).
Familiarity with architectural blueprints and converting 2D plans into 3D models.
Proficiency in tools like SketchUp, Blender, AutoCAD, or similar software, with strong skills in applying realistic textures and materials.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy with measurements and a high-quality finish that reflects the specified materials (e.g., stone benchtops, timber cabinetry).
Good communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Timeline:
I’d like this project completed within a couple of days tops, from the start date. Please let me know your availability.
Budget:
My budget is $50, but I’m open to discussing based on your experience and the quality of work. Please include your rate in your proposal.
