Kickstarter Board Game Project

I'm looking for talent to help preparing for a Kickstarter launch (looking like February) for a modular and scalable board game. These are the things I need help with:
1. Game Board design from my draft suitable deliverable is print ready file.
2. Caricature art (6 characters) and digitized for 2D printing.
3. 3D model for 6 character pieces.
4. Card design, not elaborate art work. 6-8 card templates.
5. Content web search and copy edit. Subject themes with 1-2 sentence copy.
6. Kickstarter campaign marketing and social media engagement

It is likely a couple people with right talents could easily take care of this, but I would like look beyond initial contract workproduct payment for services, and look at forming a launch and development team (contract initially).

Upon a successfully funded KS campaign, I would like to continue contractual work through game production and fulfillment, and simultaneously began on building out next release theme for next game campaign. Ideally, we would look at bonus pool gain share and eventually some level of employment and ownership opportunity.

For now, I need help with the basic artwork, design and help with content search (for game cards). The latter, I could easily do myself but it's a core concept of game play and more time intensive overall.

I have a business plan presentation that provides more information on the vision, but will need a NDA when we get to that point. I have basic drafts and looking for input and expertise to final draft. I would like to know your talents and what areas are of interest and see some workproduct examples.

I'm new to Freelance and don't have much of a profile, and intend to keep it that way for privacy but will of course share with those who express interest. I'm putting this as a fixed bid per item listed. The content search would be a fixed bid per 1-2 sentence copy.
