Junior Architect with AutoCAD Expertise
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Looking for a Junior Architect to join our project team. The ideal candidate would come with a set of essential skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp: A vast part of your role would involve drafting and modelling with these tools, hence expertise is necessary.
- Construction Document Drafting: You'll need to create, draft, and adjust construction documents.
- 3D Modelling and Rendering: This role requires a solid grasp in creating and manipulating 3D models, including rendering.
- Knowledge of Revit: Although it’s not the primary software, familiarity with Revit will be a plus.
As a Junior Architect, your main responsibilities are:
- Assisting in creating architectural drawings: The creation and adjustment of project drawings will be major components of your day to day tasks.
- Conducting site visits: Occasionally, you’ll need to visit the project sites to better understand the spatial context.
- Collaborating with project team members: It’s imperative that you are a team player who is able to work effectively with others to achieve project goals.
