Job Title: Urgent: DWG to Revit Conversion + Plan Amendments + Full 3D Room Rendering (24-Hour -48 Turnaround) - 18/04/2026 05:33 EDT

Project Description

I am seeking an experienced architectural professional to urgently assist with updating and developing residential house plans.

I have existing (older) DWG files that require amendments and updates based on new revisions (to be provided upon confirmation).

Scope of Work

Edit and update existing DWG house plans in line with supplied changes
Update window and door schedules
Revise landscaping plans
Convert the final updated drawings into Revit (RVT format) while maintaining updated DWG files
Deliver completed files in both RVT and DWG formats
Produce high-quality 3D renders, including:
Interior renders for each room
Exterior views of the building

Timeline

Revit (RVT) files required within 24–48 hours
3D renders to be completed within 7–10 days

Requirements

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
Proven experience working with DWG files and converting them to Revit
Ability to accurately interpret and implement changes from marked-up drawings
Experience with window/door schedules and landscaping plans
Capability to produce detailed, high-quality 3D interior and exterior renders
Ability to meet tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
