Description:
I’m looking for an experienced professional who can urgently assist with architectural work on residential house plans.

I currently have existing (old) DWG files that need to be amended and updated based on new changes (as per attached files).

Scope of work includes:

Editing and updating the existing DWG house plans based on the provided changes
Updating window and door schedules
Updating landscaping plans
Converting the final updated files into Revit (RVT format)
Providing the updated files in both RVT and DWG formats
Creating high-quality 3D renders, including individual renders for each room (interior views)

Requirements:

Strong experience with AutoCAD and Revit
Experience working with DWG files and converting to Revit
Ability to clearly interpret and apply changes from marked-up or attached plans
Experience with schedules (windows/doors) and landscaping drawings
Ability to produce detailed 3D interior renders for each room
Fast turnaround and strong attention to detail

Deadline:
This is an urgent project and must be completed within 24- 48 hour
