1. Job Title:
Web System for 3DGS (3D Gaussian Splatting) Visualization with Map, Annotation & AR Functions
2. Project Overview:
We are developing a web platform that allows users to visualize and interact with 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS), point cloud, and 3D model data (PLY, glTF, OBJ, E57, LAS, etc.) on a map-based interface.
The goal is to build a system where users can view, measure, annotate, and manage 3D data directly in their browser — similar to Cesium or Google Earth, but with custom upload and collaboration features.
The development will proceed in 4 phases, each with clearly defined deliverables.
We are looking for a skilled developer or team experienced in Three.js / CesiumJS / WebXR / Node.js (NestJS) who can implement each phase sequentially.
3. Tech Stack (Recommended / Currently Planned):
Frontend: React + TypeScript + TailwindCSS + Three.js + CesiumJS
Backend: Node.js (NestJS) + REST or GraphQL
Database: PostgreSQL (metadata / permissions)
Storage: S3-compatible (MinIO)
Authentication: JWT + RBAC
Infrastructure: Ubuntu 22.04 LTS / Nginx
AR: WebXR integration
Payment: Stripe (subscription + usage-based)
