3D Intro Video for IVF Software

I have a finished voice-over (around 55 seconds) that walks viewers through the key benefits of our IVF / infertility management platform, and I now need a matching 3D animated video to bring it to life in a clear, professional, and informative way.

Scope
• Build a 50–60-second 3D animation that stays perfectly in sync with the narration I provide.
• Visuals should reflect the fertility clinic environment—embryology labs, patient dashboards, data dashboards, etc.—while keeping medical accuracy and a clean, modern aesthetic.
• Include tasteful on-screen text and simple motion graphics where they help reinforce points; avoid anything overly flashy that might distract from the information.
• Supply royalty-free background music and subtle SFX that complement the professional tone.

Workflow
1. Initial storyboard / style frames so we agree on look and pacing.
2. Rough cut with draft animation synced to the audio for feedback.
3. Two rounds of revisions on the animation.
4. Final render in Full HD (1920×1080) MP4 + the editable project files.

Acceptance criteria
• Runtime between 50 and 60 seconds.
• Audio perfectly aligned with visuals; no lip-sync required.
• Clean, high-quality 3D scenes free of grain or flicker.
• Delivered on time, with all source assets included.
