Internal and External renders needed of House

I'm in need of an experienced 3D rendering expert who can provide me with detailed renders for both external and internal of a house. Here's exactly what this project will look like:
- External and Internal Renders: You will need to create both outdoor and indoor rendering of the property. This will include the Living Room, Kitchen and bedrooms.
- Detailed with Textures: The renders should go beyond simple shapes and colors, with particular emphasis on the textures of each space.
Ideal skills for this job would include proficiency with 3D rendering software and experience in architecture and interior design If you have a portfolio of similar projects, please share.
