Interlocking Driveway & Backyard Design
Budget: $10 – $30 CAD
I’m ready to refresh both my front drive and rear yard with a cohesive interlocking-paver layout and would like a complete design package that I can hand straight to my installer.
Scope
• Focus areas: the driveway and the entire backyard.
• Paving material: Techo-Bloc Blu 60 / Blu 80 units (please respect their exact sizes and color options in the layout).
• Design emphasis: creative paver patterns and textures—blend banding, soldier courses or inlays where they add interest, but keep maintenance practical.
Deliverables
1. Scaled site plan (PDF + editable CAD) showing grading, dimensions, and all paver pattern call-outs.
2. High-resolution 2D color layout and at least two perspective renderings so I can visualize the final look.
3. Cut-sheet style material schedule listing quantities of each Blu 60 / 80 size, border pieces, edge restraints, and base materials.
4. Brief installation notes for my contractor (sub-base depth, compaction guidance, jointing sand type).
Acceptance criteria
• Patterns align cleanly with house entrance, garage doors, and backyard sight-lines.
• Drainage slopes stay between 1%–2% and direct water away from the foundation.
• File set opens error-free in AutoCAD 2021 and PDF prints at 1:100 scale.
If you use SketchUp, Revit, or Lumion for the visuals that’s perfect—just export everything as DWG/PDF/PNG alongside native files. I’m happy to answer measurements or photos you need right away so we can start.
