Interior space promotional video

I am looking for a freelancer to create a promotional video for my interior space. The main purpose of the video is to promote the overall interior design of the space. I am looking for a realistic 3D render video that is less than 1 minute in duration. The ideal freelancer for this project should have experience in creating high-quality and visually appealing 3D render videos. They should also have a keen eye for detail and be able to bring the interior space to life through animation. This will include close up shots of shower controls etc and will also include random scenes of things like sunrises and moon settings.
