Interior Van Design Conversion to Blueprint

I need a highly-skilled draftsman who's familiar with working on vehicle blueprints. I already have a drawing in png format that needs to be converted into a professional blueprint. My design is to scale, hence an eye for accuracy is crucial.

Here are my specific needs:

- Convert the drawing into blueprint, capturing dimensions precisely
- Material specifications should be included; expertise in specifying suitable materials for the interior of a van is essential
- Include color schemes as per the original drawing
