Interior Residential Renders

We are looking for a 3D render to give more life to our current sketch up renders. Looking for someone who can work with the current sketch up files and utilise 3D Studio Max to bring life into the textures and natural light, sense of warmth and to be able to show the point of view without distortion to achieve a strong sense of space in the final visual image.
