Interior Model for Modern Farmhouse Home

I'm seeking an experienced AutoCAD and interior modeling professional to assist with a project. I have residential house plans for a two-story, 3,000 square foot, modern farmhouse style home with a basement. I need the interior of this home modeled, including wood plank floors, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, stairs, walls, doors, and exterior windows.

Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on modeling the living room and kitchen primarily, as these are the most important areas of the house
- Apply colors and materials to various interior elements
- Model cabinet hardware, kitchen exhaust hood, fireplace surround, and decorative lighting
- Generate floor plans, ceiling plans, interior elevations, and a few 3D views

Design Style:
- The interior should be designed in a transitional style

Detail Level:
- I require a moderate level of detail for interior items, with some textures applied.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Experience with interior modeling
- Understanding of transitional design style
- Ability to apply moderate level detail to models
