Interior-Exterior Painting Takeoffs

I need a precise material and surface–area takeoff for a commercial project that includes both interior and exterior paint scopes. You will work from fully legible digital architectural plans that I will share in PDF format.

Scope
• Interior: quantify walls, ceilings, and all trim and door surfaces.
• Exterior: include the same categories as they appear on elevations or details.

For each line item I expect:
1. Square or linear footage clearly broken out by location and substrate.
2. Recommended number of coats and total gallons based on standard spread rates.
3. A concise Excel or Google-Sheet summary with tabs for interior and exterior, followed by a compiled PDF marked-up plan showing your takeoff counts.

Please use whichever on-screen takeoff tool you prefer (PlanSwift, Bluebeam, OST, etc.) as long as the exported report is easy for my estimating team to audit. Accuracy matters more than speed; I’ll run a quick spot-check before approving the milestone.
