Interior 3Dmodel

My objective is to have 3D model to connect it with time schedule and installation sequence + cost budget + material demand plan.

400m2 area - 5 spaces in the cruise ship: "Crew Lounge area".

PLEASE get familiar with the PROJECT first and then propose your time for delivery and how much you value it in accordance with my project!!!

The 3D model should have:
-wall framing
-floors
-wall base/finish
-wall profiles
-wall lights
- ceiling framing
- ceiling paneling
-ceiling beams
-ceiling lights
-bar counter
-furniture (basic drawing for furniture)
-toilets

All the materials should be in the outcome 3Dmodel.
The outcome should be Revit, ArchiCAD, ACCA BIM, IFC
