We’re looking for a creative professional to help visualize and elevate the interior design of our upcoming residential (or commercial) project. This is a fully remote opportunity perfect for someone experienced in hyper-realistic rendering and conceptual storytelling through design.
Project Overview:
We’re developing a modern residential space and require top-tier, photorealistic
3D interior designs to:
Validate design choices
Secure stakeholder buy-in
Site execution and installation
Support marketing and promotional materials
Your work will directly influence how our space is perceived, experienced, and ultimately brought to life.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven skills in high-quality, hyper-realistic 3D interior rendering
Strong grasp of spatial design, lighting, materials, and textures
Proficiency in tools like 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Blender (or equivalents)
Ability to interpret architectural drawings, mood boards, and style guides
Exceptional communication and responsiveness
Detail-oriented, with a refined sense of aesthetic, color, and mood
Comfortable working remotely and meeting tight deadlines
Receptive to feedback and revision rounds
Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have):
• Animation or fly-through experience
• Background in interior architecture or design
• Awareness of sustainable and eco-conscious design practices
Deliverables:
2 to 5 photorealistic interior renders (initial scope)
Final high-res images and editable source files
Optional: short animation/walkthrough (negotiable)
Timeline:
We’re ready to get started immediately. The first set of deliverables should be completed within 1–2 weeks.
