Interactive 3D Model Integration with Vue & Express

I'm after a proficient developer to help me integrate interactive 3D models into my Nuxt/Vue frontend, with specific functionality that links to an ExpressJS API.
Key project requirements:
- Implement 3D model highlighting: I'm looking to have specific parts of the model highlighted. This will be driven by the "meetingroom" status from the ExpressJS API. If the meetingroom is occupied, the corresponding part (LED Strip) should turn red (API logic is finished & connected. Important is the visualization of the .gltf .glb .ply files as 3d model). If it's free, it should turn green.
- API is finished. Just add the 3D Model
- Real-time interaction via Websockets: The color updates should be real-time and interactive, reflecting the changes in the API.
- Skill in threeJS: A good understanding of threeJS is essential for this project!!!!! You'll be required to work with .glb, .gltf, and .ply files.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong knowledge of Vue/Nuxt: Experience in working with these frameworks is a big plus.
- Proficiency in ExpressJS: Given the integration with the API, familiarity with ExpressJS is a must.
- Understanding of Websockets: Experience in building real-time, interactive applications using Websockets is highly advantageous.
- Previous work with interactive 3D models: An understanding of working with interactive 3D models will be beneficial.
