I'm in need of a skilled designer to produce an innovative 2D and 3D layout planner. This tool will primarily be used for designing interiors with the following features:
- Interactive 3D Designs: The tool should allow users to rotate and zoom in on the 3D visualizations.
- 2D Layout Customization: Users should be able to customize furniture positioning, room dimensions as well as wall and floor colors.
