Interactive 3D Fashion Site

I’m launching a new clothing brand and want the website itself to feel as fresh and immersive as the garments. My priority is to showcase true-to-life 3D models of each item that shoppers can freely rotate and zoom on both the home page and individual product pages.

Here’s what I need:
• Creation or optimisation of lightweight, web-ready 3D garment files (GLB/GLTF preferred).
• Integration of those models using WebGL—Three.js, Babylon.js, or a comparable framework—so they load quickly and stay crisp on desktop and mobile.
• Intuitive controls for spin, pan, and zoom that sit naturally within the existing Shopify/​WooCommerce/​custom stack (I’m flexible on platform).
• A clean UI around the viewer: colour-swatch selection, size dropdowns, and an “Add to Cart” button that remain accessible while the model is manipulated.
• Basic animation states such as turntables or subtle cloth drape, if that helps convey texture, without hurting performance.
• Responsive layout and fallback images for browsers that don’t support WebGL.

I already have product photography and tech-pack CADs; use these as reference for the 3D builds. A functional prototype showing one or two garments on a staging URL will be the first milestone, followed by rollout across the catalogue and home page hero section.
