Install & Repair Bathroom Subfloors

I have two small bathrooms that need attention at the sub-floor level.

Bathroom #1 requires subfloor that needs to be completed.I want this completed with plywood, fastened securely to the joists, levelled, and left ready for backer board or tile underlayment. The room has been stripped to the joists, and 80% completed so access is clear and measurements are straightforward.

Bathroom #2 has a localized soft spot. My preference is to remove and replace the affected area completely rather than simply reinforcing or patching. Once re-sheeted, the surface should tie in flush with the surrounding floor so there is no height difference.

Deliverables
• Bathroom #1: half subfloor completed, solid and level
• Bathroom #2: damaged section cut out, new plywood fitted and fastened, overall floor made sound and even

I will supply all finish materials that come after the subfloor stage; you should plan on bringing your own cutting, fastening, and leveling tools. Work can be scheduled at your earliest availability, and I can meet on-site to walk through dimensions and joist layout before you begin.
