3D Insole Design Software Development

I'm seeking a highly skilled developer to create a unique software that will allow me to generate a full-contact insole design based on a 3D scanned foot (.stl). This software will be created using Rhino7 and needs to:
- Recognize and interpret 3D scanned foot data
- Generate a comprehensive insole design based on the 3D scan
- Incorporate added elements to enhance the insole, including arch support, cushioning pads, and pressure relief zones
For the output format, I would prefer STL. Ideally, the developed software should be compatible with both Windows and Mac operating systems. Freelancers with experience in 3D modeling software development, particularly with Rhino7, will be the best fit for this project.
