Insect Screen Systems Technical Consultant Needed

We are looking for an experienced technical consultant / product development engineer specialized in pleated insect screen systems and blackout blind/frame systems.
We need someone with real hands-on experience, not only general CAD design. The candidate should have worked before on different Chinese, Turkish, and Italian pleated screen and blackout systems, and should be able to compare the technical differences between these systems.
The scope includes:
* Aluminum profile design
* Plastic accessories and corner joints
* Pleated mesh systems
* Blackout fabric / honeycomb blackout systems
* Cord and tension mechanism
* Magnet and brush sealing system
* Light leakage control for blackout systems
* Insect sealing performance for pleated screens
* Assembly method
* Installation method
* Cutting formulas
* BOM and material consumption
* Spare parts list
* Troubleshooting and quality control
Our goal is not to copy one existing system, but to study and benchmark different Chinese, Turkish, and Italian systems, understand the advantages and disadvantages of each one, and develop an improved complete system based on the best technical features.
We would also like to arrange an online meeting to review your previous work, the systems you have worked on, and any relevant projects, samples, drawings, videos, or technical experience you can share with us.
Required deliverables may include:
