Design a Patentable, Production-Ready Outdoor Shade System (Industrial Design + Mechanical Engineering + CAD)

## Project Overview

I am developing a new outdoor shade product that will become the foundation of a new company. I already have the core concept and vision but need an experienced product designer and mechanical engineer to transform the idea into a professional, manufacturable product.

This is not simply a CAD drafting project. I am looking for someone who can help engineer a commercial product from concept through a manufacturing-ready design.

An NDA will be required before detailed information is shared.

## Scope of Work

The selected freelancer will work with me to:

* Refine the overall product concept.
* Improve functionality while maintaining the original vision.
* Design all structural and mechanical components.
* Develop a complete 3D assembly.
* Design mounting and installation methods.
* Recommend appropriate materials.
* Optimize the design for manufacturing and cost.
* Design all hardware connections and fasteners.
* Ensure the design can withstand outdoor environments including wind, rain, UV exposure, and corrosion.
* Prepare professional engineering drawings suitable for prototype fabrication.

This project is confidential.

The selected freelancer must agree that:

* An NDA will be signed before project details are shared.
* All work performed is considered "work made for hire."
* All intellectual property, CAD files, engineering drawings, concepts, revisions, renderings, and manufacturing documentation become my exclusive property upon final payment.
* No portion of the project may be reused, shared, displayed, or included in portfolios without written permission.

## Project Timeline
