i am looking for an Expert in injection moulding, i currently have a product being manufactured in China.
the product- a transparent box with lid made from PC, the product is to be crystal clear and little visual imperfections of physical flaws currently using the attached PC which is UV and scratch resistant
the issue- the product has huge deviations in quality, firstly there are many scrap marks internally, to remove the scrap marks, the pressure has been decreased which has left warping/ sink marks in the side walls.
what i would like- a solution to maintain my current needs for the product, crystal clear display, little to no visual imperfections, whilst maintain the UV and scratch resistantant.
i am happy to look at different material and take suggestions on how to fix this
