Industrial Switchboard SolidWorks Design

Job ID: 40622868

Budget: $8 – $15 AUD

I’m looking for someone who already knows their way around SolidWorks in an industrial setting to take my concept for a power-distribution switchboard and turn it into a complete, manufacture-ready model. The job centres on the mechanical layout—panels, all associated steelwork, mounting details, clearances and access points—so a solid understanding of sheet-metal features, configurations, and large assembly management inside SolidWorks is essential.

What I will supply:
• Overall footprint, incoming/outgoing cable sizes and a rough single-line diagram.
• Preferred enclosure style plus any client standards that must be met.

What I need back:
• A fully-parametric 3D assembly with accurately detailed panels and supporting steelwork.
• Fabrication drawings (DXF/STEP where useful), cut-lists and a clean BOM pulled straight from the model.
• Exported views suitable for client approval and for shop-floor reference.

Acceptance will be based on fit-up checks inside SolidWorks, drawing clarity, and whether every steel or panel part is callable straight to fabrication without further tweaks.

If you’ve produced industrial power-distribution boards before and can show examples that prove it, we can get started right away.
