Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I am seeking a skilled architect or draftsman to adjust detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings for a medium-sized house, approximately 1,000 - 2,500 sqft, designed in an Industrial architectural style.
The Deliverables:
- Floor plans with all rooms, corridors and any essential fixtures or fittings illustrated.
- Elevation view of the four home sides.
- 3D rendered views from various angles for a comprehensive look and feel of the house both internally and externally.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Architectural design and drafting proficiency
- Expertise with industry-standard design software
- Previous experience in industrial design is a plus
- Strong knowledge of architectural standards and building codes
- Ability to deliver accurate, quality work within a reasonable timeframe.
