I'm seeking a talented architect/interior designer who can help create plans for a unique industrial-style home, primarily designed for family living.
Key Expectations:
- An innovative design that encapsulates the rugged, raw aesthetic of industrial architecture, ducting, steel, framework.
- Do not focus on furniture just the building
- The design should take into consideration chefs kitchen, high or racked ceilings, 2 bedrooms (main with on suit), open living dining area with kitchen opening onto outside entertaining area.
- Consideration for future expansions or modifications for guest quatres or detached gym
Ideal Skills:
- Proven experience in designing industrial-style homes or buildings.
- Strong understanding of family home requirements.
- Excellent spatial awareness and design visualization skills.
