Industrial Generator CAD/CAM
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a precise CAD / CAM design for the generator section of an industrial-scale machine whose primary purpose is electricity generation. The goal is to move quickly from concept to fabrication, so I’m looking for a complete 3D model with all the manufacturing data needed for machining and assembly.
You will start from rough sketches and functional requirements that I’ll supply. Using SolidWorks, Inventor, or any comparable professional platform, create a detailed assembly model, individual part files, and the CAM tool-paths required for CNC production. Attention to tolerances, material call-outs, and ease of maintenance is essential because the generator will operate in a high-duty cycle environment.
Deliverables:
• Fully parametric 3D CAD assembly of the generator
• 2D manufacturing drawings with dimensions, GD&T, and BOM
• CAM programs (post-processed for Haas or Fanuc, or a neutral format if you prefer)
• A short design report explaining critical decisions and providing any simulation results or calculations that justify them
I will make myself available for quick feedback rounds so we can lock the geometry early and iterate only on details. If you have recent examples of generator or similar rotating-machinery projects, sharing screenshots or a brief portfolio note would help me gauge fit.
