I need a complete mechanical design for a high-output clay-brick machine that can deliver 2,000 solid bricks per hour. The system must accept raw clay, mix and temper it, drive it through an extrusion section, cut uniform billets, then press or wire-cut them into finished green bricks ready for the dryer or kiln line.

AutoCAD is my preferred environment, so every part, sub-assembly, and layout drawing should be produced natively in AutoCAD with all layers, dimensions, and tolerances intact. If you normally model in another platform, that’s fine as long as you hand over fully editable .dwg files as part of the final package.

Key points I need you to resolve in the design:
• Continuous-feed clay hopper and auger with torque and power calculations
• Mixer geometry that avoids dead zones and achieves a uniform plastic consistency
• Extruder screw, barrel, and die set sized for the 2,000-brick-per-hour throughput
• Cutting or stamping mechanism for solid bricks, including synchronization with the extrusion rate
• Conveyor or robotic pick-off that transfers fresh bricks to drying trays without deforming edges
• Motor, gearbox, and drive selection with duty-cycle calculations and safety factors
• Fabrication-ready drawings for frame, guards, and maintenance access panels

Deliverables:
1. 3D AutoCAD models of every component and assembly
2. Detailed 2D working drawings with BOM, material spec, and welding symbols
3. Exploded view and assembly sequence sheets for the shop floor
4. Optional: a short animation or rendered walkthrough that shows clay flow, extrusion, cutting, and discharge (STEP or FBX export is acceptable for animation if you build the kinematics elsewhere)

I’ll review initial concept layouts first, then green-light the full detail stage. Accuracy, manufacturability, and clear documentation are my top priorities, so please factor in standard steel profiles and off-the-shelf bearings where possible.
