Immersive Virtual Tour For real estate with VR (UNREAL)

We're seeking for high quality immersive 3D virtual tours.
Those tours will have to be fonctional with VR glasses to sale appartements on "sale in the future state of completion".
Those project will come continusly so if the first project's good, others will come.
The desired level of detail for the virtual tour is intermediar or advanced, with high-quality graphics and interactive features.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- 3D modeling and rendering expertise
- VR development experience
- Strong knowledge of interactive design
- Experience with real estate virtual tours
- Proficiency in software such as Unreal Engine, Unity, Sketchup, Lumion....
