Image to Realistic 3D model -- 3

We provide 3D printing services in India. We require a 3D designer to design a 3D model of something/someone (human figures) using only images. We need the output in .stl so as to 3D print it later. The stl shouldn't be broken as it should be 3D printed. We are looking for a long time partner in this. People interested for long term service can bid on this project.
