Create 3D model and 100 labelled images of wafer cassettes in various stacking configurations, including perfect stacking, cross-slotting, and double-stacking, with various error instances. See attached image.
Details:
10 images of perfect stacking with slight variations in light sources (up to 5 degrees).
30 images of cross-slotting with 1-4 cross-slot error instances on each image.
30 images of double-stacking with 1-4 double-slot error instances on each image.
30 images of both cross-slotting and double-stacking with a total of 1-4 error instances on each image.
Error positions should be random.
The 3D model should also be part of the deliverable along with the 100 images.
