Identify 3D File Format for Laser Engraving

I need assistance in identifying an unknown binary 3D file format intended for laser engraving. The file contains complex geometric shapes. I have attached the 3d file with an extension of "unknown". Also attached is a jpeg of the image that is used to texturize the 3D file. The task is to let me know if the file is a standard format that can be converted to obj format, (and let me know what the format is).
