3D IMP - Looking for 3D character modeler who can also work on photoshop.

Hi

I want a 3D model of an Imp. Model to be rendered in high quality.
I will provide examples of how I want the model to look like.

Once the 3D model/render is done, I want it to be in photoshop.
I want different layers to be added to the Imp.

Layers to include different types of: (I can provide examples/images for all the below)
Tails
Horns
Wings
Eyes
Symbols on head
Element ball between horns (fire, water, ice, electricity, etc...)
Holding element in one hand and trident in the other hand
Aura around the Imp
Body color of Imp
