Humanoid Product Robot Display

I need a life-size humanoid robot built entirely from plastic and metal components that showcase our product at an upcoming exhibition. The figure should mirror the proportions of an adult human, stand sturdily on its own and draw visitors in with an eye-catching, brand-aligned aesthetic.

Our goal is to stop foot traffic, spark conversation and make it immediately obvious that the robot is made of the same materials we use in production.

Please outline the development timeline, fabrication techniques you propose (CNC, 3-D printing, vacuum forming, metal machining, etc.) and any modular ideas that make transport and on-site assembly easier. I’m open to subtle animated touches—simple arm raises or head rotations—as long as reliability on the stand is guaranteed.
