Human Character Claymation 3D Modeling in Blender

I'm looking for a skilled 3D artist to create a human character modeled in the style of Claymation, rigged and ready for me to animate in Blender. The character needs only basic body rigging, as most of the animation will be in the face. He needs detailed facial expression controls and to be setup for lip syncing in Blender.
Attached is a concept picture of the character along with a collage of several facial expressions that the character needs to be able to show. Upon initiation of the job, more pictures will be provided of various facial expressions to ensure full capability.
