This is about delivering the following re the house "beasts" according to the docs attached:
1/ 2D autocad floor plan, roof and 4 elevations, including all measures and details
2/ Sketchup 3D model of the house, exterior fully and interior : only partition walls and openings for now
3/ 3 renders (including the pool and the immediate garden environment)
ATTENTION: for both 2D and 3D full decorative details as given in sketches and ref pics, is expected. Please only bid if you are able to do this.
House :
The house is a fully wooden one, with columns, put on a stone base, and with a change of level under which part of a pool is placed.
