How many more apartment buildings can I add to this site?
I have an existing property with three buildings on it. I will give you the existing site plan with the buildings, road and other improvements.
I will also give you the zoning requirements for the site, e.g. building set backs, building height, estimated building size, etc.
From this, I need you to layout how many additional buildings I can place on the site.
If we can get more total apartments by deviating from our proposed building site, I would appreciate you exploring that.
This project is in the USA but doesn't require that you be.
I would also need you to send the file when complete in an appropriate format, so I can get to another freelancer who can turn into a 3d model, to show massing and for a colorful, illustrative 2 dimensional drawing.
