Hover.io System Rebuild Blueprint

I have a short PDF that shows the kind of output I’m after (see pages 34-37). Using roughly eight input photos—plus any useful public satellite imagery—I want to recreate the core Hover.io workflow.

First deliverable
• A concise, well-structured roadmap that spells out the end-to-end approach: data capture, photogrammetry, 3D reconstruction, and visual delivery.
• Role matrix outlining how a project manager, software developer, and geospatial analyst will collaborate at each stage.
• Recommended tech stack and libraries for image alignment, mesh generation, texturing, and web-based rendering.
• High-level timeline with milestones, dependencies, and key risks.

Early participation in build
Once the blueprint is approved, I’d like ongoing involvement refining prototypes, validating satellite-data integration, and tuning the user flow so that a small set of photos reliably produces an interactive 3D model similar to Hover’s.

If you’re comfortable designing architecture documents and can jump in hands-on with photogrammetry or geospatial APIs when needed, I’m ready to start immediately.
