House plan and design

I am looking for a skilled architect or designer who can create a house plan and design for a large (2000+ sq ft) modern style house. I require both 2D plans and 3D renderings to accurately visualize the final result.

Attached is photo of a house I would like to design. Please make the outside look the same.

Please design 2 house plan. I like the house to be under 3500sf. Double door entry. 9ft for the first and second floor. The roof is 35ft max.
3 bedroom. 3.5 bath. Each room get a bathroom.

1 plan is a primary bedroom on the first floor and the other guest bedroom on the first floor. Open living room to the second floor. 1 plan is the living room on the back of the house with a catwalk. The other plan is the living room at the front door.

I would like a 3 car garage on the right side on the house with a workshop area. About the garage is an bonus room/unfinished space.

A big sunroom/greenhouse on the left side of the house. A bedroom on second floor on top of the sunroom. I would like an open kitchen, dining and living room. An office. A loft on the second floor.
