3D House Scan for Revit Conversion

I am looking for a physical survey of an existing property in Paisley, Scotland using Matterport or similar too allow the details to be provided in a point cloud or Revit format for my firm to create the proposals for the client's new extension.
This must include surveying of the ground and the levels around the building.
