I'm in need of detailed 3D renders of houses from orthographic views for real estate marketing. The renders should be isometric view covering the interior of the houses, with an emphasis on all details of the house

No. of floor plan designs needed: 10
No. of unit plan designs needed: 11
No. of 3D renders of unit plans needed: 55 (5 isometric angles per unit)
Deliverables:
Number of views per unit plan: 5 isometric angles (must cover the whole flat)
Output resolution: 4K, 300 DPI
File format: PNG
Texturing & lighting: Realistic
Furnishing & props: Furniture, decor, and environment elements need to be added. The
client has provided reference images. The position of certain furniture elements have been
denoted in the unit plan blueprint
The ideal candidate for this project would be someone with significant experience in creating high-quality 3D architectural visualizations. A strong portfolio in real estate marketing materials is a plus. Proficiency in 3D rendering software like blender and a keen eye for detail are crucial for this job. All rooms of the house will need to be rendered, so the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines is also essential.
