3D House Model from Plans

I need a 3D model of my house created on SketchUp, based on provided plans and elevations.
- Deliverables: I would need the final model to be delivered in SketchUp format. It should include the exterior of the house with major interior features such as walls and windows, but not the detailed interior spaces.
