3D House Model from 2D AutoCAD

I'm looking to have a 3D model created from my 2D AutoCAD plans for a house I'm planning to build. The model should incorporate both the exterior and interior of the house, and include:
- A basic structure and layout.
While I have not specified a preferred software for the 3D modeling, I am open to suggestions based on what you believe would be most effective for this task. Skills in AutoCAD, 3D modeling software, and a good understanding of architectural design would be beneficial. Please provide examples of similar work you have done in your proposal.
