House 3D Model and Floorplan

I need an architect and 3D modeler to create an accurate digital floorplan and 3D model of my house. This is for a potential remodel and backyard landscaping project. The model will help me visualize ideas and allow contractors to estimate building costs.

Requirements:
- Accurate interior layout, exterior design, and landscaping details
- Digitized in SketchUp or other program i can easily view myself with a free viewer.
- Use provided aerial and HD photos, and original interior floorplan document
