House Mechanic Garage

I am in a process of building new house and preparing interior design for my garage where I will work on my engine and my sport car. So I need from you to plan and draw interior design including where to put tools boxes electrical points, sink , storage, machines like drill, saw, Sofa or chair with table etc.

I need this in 3D and CAD if possible
Garage size is 4m x 7m
