House Layout Design
Budget: $10 – $70 AUD
Please review before bidding. By bidding and acceptance of bid, you acknowledge there will be multiple changes to get it right. Payment will not be released until I am happy. Price will not be changed from what you bid.
Would like some ideas of a home layout. Need some smart thinking to get the most out of the space
Refer to attachment:
• Red line - represents north facing, living areas have to be facing this way. Kitchen and lounge room
• Orange line - Carport will be direct at the front of house as illustrated.
• Green line represent where the back deck will be, so will need a door or two lead out there.
Notes:
• 10m x 18m = 180sqm
• Design has to be in a rectangle form
• Ideally I would love 4 bedrooms but understand only 3 may fit.
• Big windows on this wall on red line wall for optimum sunlight
• Main bedroom to include walk in robe and ensuite. If cant fit walk in robe, built in robes.
• Other bedrooms to have built in robes
• Require an office space that can be closed / open to main living area. This does not have to be a room, but something that I can close and out of sight. So I can see kids toy area.
• In living area/lounge room, a space for kids to have toys and play
• Front Entry door can be any where at the front, either side or middle.
• Need a space for a potbelly fire place.
